We build your Personal Operating System together. Live interview across every POS domain — values, vision, communication style, patterns, relationships. Bradley leads the interview. Fathom captures the transcript. Your context files — the structured files Claude reads before every conversation — are built domain by domain, directly in a private AI workspace, before the session ends. You leave with a working POS.

The BOS Foundation

We map your business in the same depth as your POS. Who the clients you want more of are and what they're actually dealing with. What you sell and how you explain it to someone who's never heard of you. How your business sounds, your standards, your sales process, your delivery. Every answer becomes a structured file. You leave with a working BOS draft that your AI can actually use.

What people ask before applying.

Coaching is open-ended. The Install has a fixed scope, a fixed structure, and a fixed artifact list that doesn't change. Every client gets a complete POS, a complete BOS, and a working BOA v1 — the same deliverables regardless of business type. What varies is the content inside those deliverables. The container is the product.

No. The Install builds your complete Context Layer from scratch — POS, BOS, and BOA — in the four sessions. If you already have Context Layer self-built, the templates give Bradley a head start on Session 1. But it's not a prerequisite.

We design it in session three based on your specific situation. The most common first automations are: lead pipeline management, content creation and publishing workflows, proposal generation from discovery call transcripts, and client delivery support systems. The workflow audit in Session 3 identifies which automation is your highest-leverage starting point.
