What to know before reaching out.

You send an inquiry email. We have a brief conversation about your business, your workflows, and what you're trying to automate. We scope the BOA v1 and confirm the price before anything starts. No surprises. The POS and BOS components are fixed-scope — only the BOA varies.

Approximately 30 days from POS interview to handoff session, plus the 30-day support window after that.

That's fine — we'll use what you've built as a head start in the interviews and review what exists. We typically rebuild from scratch with the additional context from the interview rather than trying to patch existing files, but your prior work informs the quality of the output.
