• Application information — business details, goals, challenges, budget readiness, and decision-making context when you apply for The Install or Full Build.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe on our behalf. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
• Communications — any messages you send us by email or through our platform.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, time on site, referring URLs, and general device/browser information via Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session recordings).
• Cookies — session and analytics cookies set by our platform and analytics tools. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

SMS consent (where applicable)

If you opt in to SMS communications via our application forms, we collect your consent record and phone number for the purpose of sending transactional updates related to your application or engagement. SMS opt-in is never required to access our products or services.

SMS messages are sent only where you have provided express written consent via our application form. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

• Opting out of SMS does not affect your access to any purchased product or service

6. Third-Party Service Providers

Each provider is subject to their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We only share the minimum information necessary for each provider to perform their service.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Specifically:

• Purchase and account records — retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
• Marketing contact records — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
• Application records — retained for 12 months after the application is closed
• Analytics data — governed by the retention policies of Microsoft Clarity

Some of our service providers (including Stripe, GoHighLevel, Microsoft Clarity, Netlify, and Discord) may process your data in the United States or other jurisdictions outside Canada. By using our services, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries with different privacy laws than Canada. We take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
