Context-First AI for Teams · Pilot Program

Your team adopted AI. No one adopted a method.

Five people on your team, five different AI workflows, output that sounds like five strangers. The tools aren't the bottleneck. The shared context is missing, the method is missing, and every interaction starts from zero. The Teams Pilot installs the context layer and the method across a small cohort, so AI starts compounding for the team instead of fragmenting it.

What's broken about team AI adoption today.

Most organizations rolling out AI right now are doing it bottom-up by accident. Someone on the team starts using ChatGPT, then someone else tries Copilot, then a third person builds a custom assistant for their workflow. Six months later you have a handful of different AI habits, zero shared context, and output that sounds like a handful of different strangers wrote it.

The problem isn't the tools. It's that nobody installed a method. Every interaction with AI starts from scratch, because the AI has no idea who the team is, what they're responsible for, how they communicate, or what they're actually trying to accomplish. The result is generic output, uneven value capture, and a quiet erosion of the very voice and judgment that made the organization worth working with in the first place.

This is fixable. But it doesn't get fixed by buying another license or running a one-day training. It gets fixed by treating context as infrastructure and installing a shared method that every person on the team can extend from.

Context is the infrastructure.

The methodology is grounded in a single premise: the quality of AI output depends on the quality of the context the AI is operating from. Most people skip the context work entirely and go straight to prompting. EAIOS makes the context work the starting point, and runs it in two stages, in this order, for a reason.

Stage 01 · POS

Personal Operating System comes first.

Each participant builds a structured context layer covering how they work, what they're responsible for, how they communicate, what they're trying to accomplish, and what's currently on their plate. This becomes the foundation every future AI interaction draws from. Without it, every prompt is a stranger asking a stranger for help.

Stage 02 · BOS

Business Operating System comes second.

Each participant extends their personal context into a functional Business Operating System for their role. By the end of the pilot, every participant has a private AI workspace that knows their job, their voice, their priorities, and acts as a real thinking partner inside their actual work, not a generic chatbot they have to re-orient every morning.

The pilot stops there. Teams that want to push further (custom automation, shared organizational context, role-based templates) move into a separate engagement once the methodology has proven it fits.

What the pilot looks like.

A 3-4 week engagement with a small cohort of 3-5 participants from the same team or function. Hands-on. The goal is a working capability that participants own and can extend, not a deliverable handed over and forgotten.

  1. Week 1

    Audit and discovery.

Structured conversations with key stakeholders to understand current AI use across the team, what's working, what isn't, and where the highest-leverage opportunities sit. Output is a short written assessment and a recommended path for the pilot cohort.

  2. Weeks 2-3

    Personal Operating System builds.

Each participant works through a guided interview that produces their own Personal Operating System. By the end of week 3, every participant has a working personal context layer they own.

  3. Weeks 3-4

    Business Operating System integration.

Participants extend their personal context into a functional Business Operating System for their role. By the end of week 4, every participant has a private AI workspace that knows their job, their voice, and their priorities, and can act as a genuine thinking partner inside their actual work.

Who this is for.

This pilot is built for organizations that are taking AI seriously and want to install a method, not just buy tools. The right fit is usually a team lead, director, or executive who is responsible for how their function adopts AI and is willing to put 3-5 of their people (themselves included) through a structured build.

You're probably the right fit if your team is already experimenting with AI but the results feel uneven, if the output sounds generic and nothing like your actual work, or if you can see that without a shared method this is going to fragment further. You're probably not the right fit if you're looking for a one-off training, a tool recommendation, or someone to do AI work on behalf of the team. The pilot is hands-on by design, and the value compounds because participants do the building themselves.

About Bradley.

Twenty years in technology operations and leadership, scaling teams from four to forty plus. Founder of Elevates Coaching, a culture architecture practice grounded in the VALVE Framework, and Elevates AI, the AI integration practice that produced the EAIOS methodology. Currently running live pilots with founder-led businesses, including the first delivered engagement with Digital Convergence under Aaron McGowan.

Bradley builds in public. The EAIOS methodology was developed by running it on his own businesses first, then with a small cohort of paying founders. Everything taught in the pilot is something he has used, refined, and shipped.

Apply for a Team Pilot.

Pilots are application-gated and limited by capacity. Bradley reviews every application personally. If it's a fit, expect a reply within 2 business days to schedule a 30-45 minute scoping conversation. If it isn't, you'll hear back either way.

Your information goes straight to Bradley. We don't share it, we don't sell it, and we don't add you to a list.

No pricing on this page. On purpose.

This page intentionally doesn't list pricing or have a calendar link. Pricing is shaped by the scoping conversation, which only happens after a qualified application. If that feels backwards, this probably isn't the right engagement for your team yet, and that's fine. The free EAIOS Framework is a good place to start instead.
