When you purchase an EAIOS product, you get immediate access to a digital product. Because of the nature of digital delivery, we don't offer refunds — but if something isn't right, reach out and we'll work with you to make it right.
You're buying a licence to use the materials for your own business. You're not buying the right to resell them, share them, or pass them off as your own. Everything else below is the standard legal detail behind those two ideas.
By purchasing, accessing, or using any product or service offered by Elevates AI Operating System ("EAIOS," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase or access our materials.
These terms apply to all EAIOS products including but not limited to Context Layer, community memberships (POS, BOS, and BOA tiers), AI Coaching engagements, and Build For You services.
EAIOS sells digital products and services. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased materials via the delivery method specified at the time of purchase (typically email with Google Drive links, or direct community access).
Delivery is typically immediate or within a few hours of purchase. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, contact us at hello@elevatesaios.com and we'll resolve it promptly.
A free Claude account is required to use EAIOS materials. Some features (including private AI workspaces, which are central to the POS and BOS builds) require a paid Claude Pro subscription through Anthropic. This cost is separate from your EAIOS purchase and is your responsibility.
Because EAIOS products are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
That said — we stand behind what we sell. If you've purchased an EAIOS product and feel it didn't deliver on what was promised, reach out to us at hello@elevatesaios.com. We'll review your situation and work with you to make it right — whether that's additional support, access to supplementary materials, or another resolution. We're not interested in taking money from people who didn't get value. We're also not in the business of processing refunds for people who simply changed their mind after receiving full access.
For community memberships (BOS and BOA tiers), you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
When you purchase an EAIOS product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own business purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
— Resell, redistribute, or share access to any EAIOS product or content with others
— Reproduce or repackage EAIOS frameworks, templates, or materials as your own products or services
— Use EAIOS content in any commercial training, consulting, or educational offering without prior written permission
— Share login credentials or access links with individuals who have not purchased
The POS → BOS → BOA framework, associated context file structures, recipes, interview formats, and all written materials are the intellectual property of Elevates AI Operating System and Bradley Collins. All rights reserved.
The personal context files and private AI workspaces you build using EAIOS materials are entirely yours. We claim no ownership over your personal or business data.
EAIOS provides frameworks, templates, and education. The results you achieve depend entirely on your effort, your business context, and how you implement what you learn. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes, revenue, time savings, or business results.
Case studies and examples shared in EAIOS content represent real experiences but are not guarantees that you will achieve the same results. Your results will vary.
EAIOS is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or business advice. Nothing in our materials should be construed as such.
EAIOS products are designed for use with Claude (by Anthropic). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with Anthropic. Your use of Claude is governed by Anthropic's own terms of service and privacy policy.
We are not responsible for changes Anthropic makes to Claude's features, pricing, availability, or terms. If Claude's functionality changes in a way that affects EAIOS materials, we will make reasonable efforts to update our content accordingly.
We collect your name and email address at the time of purchase for the purposes of delivering your product and communicating with you about your purchase and related EAIOS offerings.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your payment information is processed securely by our payment processor and is never stored by EAIOS directly.
If you are a resident of Quebec or Canada, your data is handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation (PIPEDA / Law 25). If you have questions about your data or wish to request its deletion, contact us at hello@elevatesaios.com.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EAIOS and Bradley Collins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of EAIOS products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
For material changes that affect existing customers, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email.
